There comes a time when your old faithfuls will need a bit of TLC and that is where we can help. Bring your boots into store or post them to us (address below) and we will do all the work for you. We will give you a call for payment once we get the boots back. Don’t worry if you can’t pick them up from us, we can send them back to you by courier (£5.00 postage charge)
As most repairs are done by hand, the lead time can be approximately 4-6 weeks. If your boots need to go back to Australia, it can take up to 12 weeks. Please e mail us a picture of your boots particularly if they have considerable wear to the uppers and/or tears, [email protected]
A couple of things we will need from you are:
- Details of the repair…heel only, gusset etc
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Please remove any dirt/mud from the soles.
Price list:
- Full refurbishment of long heel and sole – from £100
- Elastic gusset replacement – £18 each gusset
- Heel tabs – £12
- Heel repairs only – £40
