I can’t believe it’s the 1st of November already. In the next few weeks we will be installing our Christmas Windows which I have to say I think are going to be the best yet!
Take a sneeky peek as we prepare for our ladies Christmas window.
We have had a great reaction to our men’s and women’s Autumn/Winter collections.
Here are some of the highlights so far.
This season saw our first foray into our own brand. We have worked with two factories.
Our men’s collection is sourced from Spain and our women’s from Italy.
One of my favorites is this contemporary Oxford cap in this rich burgundy colour.
This Autumn also saw the official launch of our Gents clothing department. Combine the shoes with a smart denim and this tailored tweed jacket from Barbour to create a classic winter look.
I have to show you a photo of our new men’s changing room. We were struggling for room yet we managed to change a disused cubby hole into this luxuriant space!!
Do you remember those old duffle coats you wore as a child? Well the likely hood is that they would were made by an English company called Gloverall. You have to love this Clarks original’s collaboration.
Take a look at the Jeffery West Hellfire boot….do you dare? p.s The chair is not for sale!
In our ladies collection we have had a great reaction to these easy wearing chukka boots from Panama Jack. Soft, waterproof leather in vibrant colours. The best seller so far has been the blue.
We have been waiting for these real statement brogues from Barkers for quite a while. The braver and more confident have brought straight away.
We have a mini stockpile of Hunter Boots, ready for the winter however the piece de resistance has to be this leather boot. It takes its style from the Regent collection. Hunter only made a limited number of these and we were lucky enough to have a line.
Please try and get into the shop this winter. The range is so diverse and you need time to browse and try things on. Its also a good reason to come and see our Christmas windows and enjoy a complimentary mince pie!
