To get you super prepared for the wet weather Golden Boot have gone on location in Kent to showcase two lines of wellington boots from Le Chameau. We’d like to add a special thank you to Poppy the Springer Spaniel for sitting very still!
It all started in 1927, with an aim to provide customers with a rubber boot hardy enough to withstand varying terrain from the deepest countryside to the vastest ocean. Alongside elegance and style, Le Chameau boots certainly provide the durability and sure-footed traction desired from an outdoor boot.
Le Chameau Giverny Jersey £100 This is a neat and beautifully designed boot available from Golden Boot in a deep shade of cherry. Ideal for everyday use it has a comfortable jersey lining and a dual density cross-sole for added traction and stability.
Le Chameau Vierzonord Lady £170 This is an iconic field and country boot. The 3mm neoprene lining will keep feet snug and provide extra comfort on long days in the great outdoors. They feature a waterproof gusset with adjustable strap and a reinforced shank for extra stability.
When it comes to looking after your Le Chameau wellington boots always use a boot jack to remove them. In the factory Le Chameau boots are treated to a layer of protective wax, this will help protect the natural rubber and prevent bleaching from the sun. When your boots are really dirty wash them with soapy water, allow them to dry and then give them a liberal coating with the Le Chameau care sponge.
